I have spent 20 years working with South African & Global organisations within HR, Learning and Development, Executive Education and Professional Coaching. My studies have been rooted in Clinical Psychology (UKZN), Applied Psychology (UNISA), Heart Centred Coaching (BYCA), Facilitation (Discovery Insights) leading me to explore the complexity, magic and energy of human nature, behaviour and specifically, the environments youth thrive in.

My keynotes aim to inspire and illuminate through the grounded insight and deep human centric energy. Hopefully, the kind that changes how leaders see people, their systems, and themselves - to create safer environments to nurture young talent.

My work creates change in the way that develops and supports the most vulnerable - youth and women. It focuses on intentional youth development, heart centred leadership of youth, conscious women's leadership, and organisational wellbeing. Shining a light on the lasting impact that trauma and poverty have on mental health, learning, performance and motivation as critical South African challenges. When we develop young people well, we create leaders who don't need to unlearn harmful behaviours later. When we truly support women, we shift entire organisational cultures and the opportunity for women to thrive. When we address burnout as structural rather than personal, we build systems that are worthy of the humans they carry.
